The Lotus Exchange offers annual on-site wellbeing days - a centre set up within your offices addressing a variety of stress related issues with educational, interactive and enjoyable activities throughout the day.
The days itinerary is tailor made to fit in with the days working patterns. People drop-in as and when they can.
Objectives:
The Wellbeing Day gives employees an opportunity to gain practical advice and experience on how to combat the stresses and strains of working life.
By addressing general employee wellbeing and reducing workplace stress will help improve day-to-day productivity and profitability, reduce absenteeism and produce contented staff.
An annual wellbeing day is a great way to promote the concept of wellbeing at work and shows clearly that the company cares about its employees.
